ALUMINIUM SHUTTLE SUNSHADE

Arens Aluminum Shuttle Sunshade has a variety of styles and could be connected to become a part of architecture. Designers can change the shape to design a personalized Shuttle Sunshade according to the construction’s needs. This will embody the unique style of the structure.

The Aluminum Blade has two layers with air spaces. It is relatively light, which helps adjusting the blade's angle and a free rotation.	Besides, it can reduce the noise of outdoors from coming in to the indoor and helps regulating indoor temperature.

The color of the Aluminum Blade can be changed using the high temperature CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons) spraying process. Colors are according to RAL color code.

The blade will not affect by wind force. Users can adjust the angle and the amount of sunlight reflecting to the room by using the motor, in order to ensure a good quality of lighting and natural ventilation.

The active design of our olive shaped cross-section Aluminum blade not just bring a vivid appearance, but also improves the reflection of sunlight.

The blade is 1.2mm - 2.5mm thick, and with the air space design in the aluminum, it can decrease the noise by 30 decibel or more.

The angle of the blade can be adjusted from 0' to 110'. The blade will achieve to a maximum ventilation effect when it is adjusted to 90'.

The method of installation is according to practical needs. The sunshade board can be fixed horizontally or vertically. Horizontally installing the sunshade board is theoretically balanced, and choosing motor's thrust will be considered by the amount of friction when the motor is running. For vertically installed sunshade board, the calculation of motor's thrust differs when the motor is installed at a different position.

The sunshade board can be designed into many kinds of! seal up devices to guarantee a good air pressure and water density.

When the sunshade board is functioning normally, users can use the switch on the wall or the remote control to adjust the angle of the blade for a desired result.

When  the blade is closed or turned off, the motor will be safely locked. The blade will not be open from outside and hence providing a safety function for users as well.

Push rod type motor is fixed on the frame, the motor is connected to the end cap of the blade through a stainless steel connecting shaft. When the motor is turned on, it moves the blade to rotate automatically adujst the angle freely.
